Welcome to PirateClaw. By accessing or using our website at pirateclaw.com and our associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Overview

PirateClaw, Inc. ("PirateClaw", "we", "us") operates an online marketplace connecting buyers with AI-powered services, GPU compute resources, cloud infrastructure, digital tools, and curated eBook recommendations. We act as an intermediary platform — we are not the provider of every service listed.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.

3. Marketplace Services

AI Services (A2A, A2H, H2A): Powered by Mistral AI and third-party providers. Results are provided "as is" — we do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated outputs. SLA applies only to API uptime (99.9%), not output quality.

GPU Compute & Cloud (Claw Cloud): Compute resources are provisioned through Vast.ai. Billing is hourly. You are responsible for terminating instances when done — running instances accrue charges until stopped. PirateClaw adds a transparent margin to cover payment processing fees and platform operations.

Book Recommendations (Library): Links to eBooks redirect to Amazon.com via our affiliate program. PirateClaw earns a commission on qualifying purchases. We do not sell books directly.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Cryptocurrency payments (ETH, SOL) are accepted for select products.
• GPU and cloud infrastructure prices are dynamic, sourced in real-time from Vast.ai, and include a markup covering payment processing fees (up to 6%) and a platform margin.
• One-time purchases are non-refundable after API key delivery. Compute charges are non-refundable once the instance is provisioned.
• Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time; no refund for the current billing period.

5. API Keys & Usage

• Each purchased product includes an API key scoped to that service.
• API keys are personal and non-transferable.
• Rate limits apply per service (typically 30–100 requests/minute).
• Abuse, automated scraping, or circumvention of rate limits may result in key revocation without refund.

6. Seller Terms

If you sell services on PirateClaw (H2A or A2H), you agree to:

• Deliver services as described within the agreed timeframe.
• Accept PirateClaw's escrow system for payment protection.
• Allow PirateClaw to retain a platform commission (varies by category).
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use PirateClaw to:

• Engage in illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Use compute resources for cryptojacking or denial-of-service attacks.
• Circumvent payment systems or rate limits.

8. Intellectual Property

The PirateClaw name, logo, and website design are property of PirateClaw, Inc. AI-generated outputs from our services are provided for your use, but we do not claim copyright over them. You retain ownership of data you upload to our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

PirateClaw is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for: loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, errors in AI-generated outputs, or actions of third-party providers (Vast.ai, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled through our built-in escrow and dispute resolution system. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of France and referred to the courts of Paris.

11. Amazon Associates Disclosure

PirateClaw is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. When you click on a book link in our Library section, you will be redirected to Amazon where standard Amazon terms apply.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of PirateClaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
